Terms of Service

1. The agreement
By creating a DotZeo account or using www.dotzeo.com and app.dotzeo.com, you agree to these terms. If you use DotZeo on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
2. The service
DotZeo crawls websites you add, analyzes them against a set of SEO rules, and produces reports and scores. Reports are recommendations, not guarantees: search rankings depend on factors outside any tool's control.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person per account; workspaces exist for teams.
4. Acceptable use
- Only add websites you own or are authorized to audit.
- No attempts to overload, reverse engineer, or probe the service beyond its intended use.
- No reselling of the service without a written agreement.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
5. Plans and billing
The Free plan is free. Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (websites, pages per crawl) are enforced by the software and described on the pricing page.
6. Your data
You own your data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited right to crawl the websites you add and store the results to provide the service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; if we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
